Oh my!
This is one of my new faves and part of my natural hair regimen. As I Am Naturally's Cleansing Pudding is advertised as a bath for the hair, and I have to say that it feels like just that!
It is a creamy product which you apply after wetting your hair, just like regular shampoo. For not having any sulfates, this pudding lathers up well, and I really feel like there is some cleaning going on! I leave it on through my shower, for about 5 minutes, and then rinse, as it is recommended.
The smell is vey mild and pleasant, and this pudding gets the job done without stripping my hair of it's natural oils. My hair is left feeling clean and ready to receive a good conditioner, like AIAN's Hydration Elation.
