If you haven't, you are missing some incredibly innovative accapella performances of pop tunes, and musical classics. This is the show to watch every Monday night!
But let me ask this: Why isn't there more media coverage of these great groups?
I have been hard pressed to find out more about the TRUE hype that is the Sing Off, even in the newspaper. More than any other show, this is real music talent at it's best, week after week. I told my hubby that I am excited to watch it just like I was years ago when Idol was just emerging, and we were getting our first glance at true standout singers.
And where are the artists whose tunes these groups are crafting into mind-bending accapella arrangements? I hope they are watching and being blown away by the talent that is honoring their music.
Any ideas as to why the media is slow in getting on board with these innovative artists and showstopping performers? I'm listening..
