Girlie Gush: Julep Nail Polish

I LOVE being a girl, and Julep nail polish is part of the reason why!
As I posted a couple of days ago, I received a delicious box from Julep, and now I get to share it with you all.
Julep was started by Jane Park as a celebration of the bond of girlfriends. She opened Julep as a nail parlor in Seattle, and then branched out into a luscious line of nail polishes, all of which are 4-free: no formaldehyde, no formaldehyde resin, no toluene, and no DBP. And boy, they are some gorgeous colors!
Julep has a monthly program called the Julep Maven club, that sends you a box every month for a set cost. The box I was sent is called American Beauty, and here are the two colors I received:

After trying them on....I am swooning! Here's why:
The bottle is absolutely girlie. I was taken immediately by the contemporary styling of the glass bottle...*sigh* Not only are the colors pretty and modern, but it is a pleasure to look at the bottle WHILE you paint!
Easy application. The brush is designed to make the polish go on smoothly, and a little bit goes a long way.
The polish itself. Julep's nail colors are creamy and shiny, and both of the ones I received look great with my skin tone:


I am convinced that these rich colors look good on everyone!
