A hair moment

As I grow out my hair, there are stages that I reach cyclically that make me want to just cut it all off and rock a pixie! Can anyone relate?

Well, I think those stages come right before a great opportunity to do something new with my natural 'do. Therefore, it behooves me each time to take a pause and ask: is it that I can't stand to grow it out more, or am I just having a moment?

I think today I am just having a moment, so I look to press on from here! It may not look spectacular right now, but a change will come...I am a butterfly! Smile

Have you read Rene Syler's natural hair manifestos? You've got to check out her website, goodenoughmother.com
I met her at Disney Social Media Moms last year, and I just think she's amazing!
